Ron Merrall
For nearly 35 years, Ron served as a manager in
software development for IBM. With extensive knowledge of software intricacies,
he solves clients’ issues quickly and efficiently. Ron seamlessly dovetails
his skills with our clients’ IT staff so they can work effectively as
a team – and he advises them about the most efficient and productive
office systems set-up using Lytec and other programs.

Carol Merrall
With 13 years experience in medical billing, Carol
brings in-depth knowledge of Lytec Practice Management Software as an
end-user in a production setting. Her expertise in the billing process
and the software enables her to give our clients the most comprehensive
insight and service possible.

Chris Doutre
Chris brings more than 30 years experience with IBM and
Intel as a software support engineer and manager. During his tenure
at Intel, he managed the network design and implementation of the
Medical Benefits Registration system project at the State of New York.
Chris’s extensive software expertise and medical systems knowledge
gives our clients a solid advantage in dealing with the complicated
